We have used safe2swim and Terry & Lisa for 3 of our pools. They are always very professional and skilled at dealing with our pool and pump care. If they find a fault they know how to expertly fix it. All repairs are swift and they access the parts quickly.
Terry & Lisa are very friendly and communicate well about the state of our pool and spa and any improvements required. We trust them completely. I am more than happy to recommend them to anyone needing pool and spa care. Our pool is always pristine and with 8 grandchildren using it we need to know that the water quality is perfect and safe. I doubt we could find anyone better than Terry & Lisa to look after our pool and spa.

safe2swim have maintained our 50 000L concrete since 2014.
Throughout that time they have kept our pool in pristine condition. Service calls have always been regular, unobtrusive and completed with minimum disruption to us at home. Our pool has never looked better.
Any issues or problems about the pool were quickly resolved. Terry has been very helpful making suggestions for installing new replacement equipment and for improving the maintenance of the pool. Terry was able to repair and replace the boundary gates. Recently Terry provided excellent advice for the installation of the glass pool fence.
